Not long to go until our Arts Careers Fairs in Nuneaton and Stratford-upon-Avon. In advance of the event, we want to introduce you to the artists, professionals and companies who you will meet on the day.

When and where?

You will have the opportunity to meet poet Navkiran Kaur Mann at our fair in Stratford on 23rd February.

About Navkiran Kaur Mann

Navkiran Kaur Mann is a poet, performer, curator and producer. 

Navkiran has performed poetry in Dubai for the Commonwealth Games. She has also had writing commissions from the Royal Shakespeare Company, BBC Contains Strong Language, Apples and Snakes, West Midlands Tourism Awards, West Midlands Growth Company, Theatre Absolute, University of Warwick, University of Wolverhampton and UK City of Culture 2021 for its closing ceremony.

Navkiran also curates and produces original visual arts exhibitions, theatre shows and outdoor arts for audiences of 10,000. Navkiran is passionate about authentic inclusion in the arts and supports organisations to develop diverse programming and perspectives on their programming and engagement of under-represented audiences.

Navkiran is the co-founder of Thrive Festival which is a spoken word and poetry festival which supports, mentors and platforms diverse poets.

What to expect at the fairs

“I will be sharing my journey as an artist,” says Navkiran, “and the process in which I work to deliver original, authentic and impactful work.”
