Organisation Arts Connect are looking for 6 young people between the ages of 18 and 25 to be part of a panel at their upcoming youth leadership event.
SpeakUP! is a day of creative workshopping activities for those aged 9–25 in the West Midlands. The purpose of the event is to give young people the chance to inform and shape the development of arts and culture.
“Young people will meet others with a passion for the arts, share their arts experiences, develop their leadership skills and more opportunities in the area.”
At SpeakUp!, young people will meet others with a passion for the arts, share their arts experiences, develop their leadership skills and more. It takes place at Midlands Arts Centre on 10th November 2022 (10.00am-3.00pm).
The 6 young people who form the panel will contribute to planning the day and feeding back on their reflections and recommendations. Those interested must be free to attend the event on 10th November and will also join pre-event and post-event sessions.
It costs nothing for you to take part and you will be offered a bursary plus travel costs.
